– If your item arrives damaged, contact me immediately with a picture of the damaged piece (so that it is recognizable) and the original pakaging, so I can start the insurance claim and/or work things out.
– I am not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.
– I am not responsible for orders that have been shipped and not delivered. If you would like extra services added to the shipping contact me upon the order. If you wish to insure your art piece for shipping, please contact me to find out the actual rates at the post office.
